  18. The last version of Windows Icon that I put together purports to
  19. offer integrated support for Idol. A permanent copy resides at
  20. http://icon.cs.unlv.edu/winicon.zip.  Those binaries also fix a
  21. reported problem on Windows NT client/server sites, in which a
  22. MS C library function tries to write a temporary file to C:\ which
  23. is not writable by regular users in that configuration.
